Prioritizing Trust in Podiatrists’ Preference for AI in Supportive Roles Over Diagnostic Roles in Health Care: Qualitative Interview and Focus Group Study

This pilot interview served to ensure the questions were understandable and relevant for the prospective interviewees, and it also provided an opportunity to identify any missing questions from the practical perspective of podiatry. The resulting interview guide is detailed in Multimedia Appendix 1.

Developing a Smart Sensing Sock to Prevent Diabetic Foot Ulcers: Qualitative Focus Group and Interview Study

People with diabetes were recruited via postal mail-out from NHS podiatry clinics. Although the invitations were targeted to patients, carers were also invited to participate. Invitation packages included a cover letter with a brief summary of the study and contact information and a full participant information sheet detailing potential risks and data governance. Patient participants were included if they had diabetes and reported changes in sensation in their feet.
